Every Amatro TrueWave carries a 12 month limited warranty against manufacturing defects, starting on the day it is delivered. An optional Extended Warranty extends the cover to 36 months.
| Standard warranty | 12 months from the date of delivery |
|---|---|
| Extended Warranty (optional add-on) | Extends the total cover to 36 months from the date of delivery. $7.99 per device at checkout. |
| What it covers | Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use: the device does not power on, the display fails, the keypad or a button stops responding, or the output stops working |
| Remedy | Repair, replacement with the same or an equivalent model, or a refund, at our option |
| Who it covers | The original purchaser. The warranty is not transferable. |
A repaired or replaced unit is covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days from the replacement, whichever is longer.
The warranty and the 120 day money back guarantee are separate and both apply. In the first 120 days you can simply return the device for a full refund under the Refund and Return Policy, for any reason. After 120 days the warranty continues to cover manufacturing defects for the rest of the 12 or 36 month period.
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Where implied warranties cannot be excluded, they are limited in duration to the length of this limited warranty; some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so that limitation may not apply to you. To the extent permitted by law, our liability under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement or refund of the purchase price, and we are not liable for incidental or consequential damages; some states do not allow that exclusion, so it may not apply to you.
