You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order or to enrol in any subscription offered on this website. The website is not directed to children. By ordering you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.
The Amatro TrueWave is a consumer electronics product. It is a frequency generator: you select a frequency between 0.001 Hz and 9999 Hz on the keypad and the device outputs a low intensity electrical signal at that frequency, through the included earphones or the included contact accessories, for the length of time you set on the timer. It is powered over USB-C and has no internal battery.
It is not a medical device. It has not been evaluated, cleared or approved by the Food and Drug Administration. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition, and it is not a substitute for medical care, for a diagnosis, or for a prescribed treatment. We make no claim of any health, physical or psychological outcome for this product.
Safety. Do not use this product if you have an implanted electronic device such as a pacemaker or a defibrillator. Do not use it if you are pregnant. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you have any medical condition or take any medication. Keep out of reach of children. For adults aged 18 and over.
An order you place is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you an order confirmation or when we ship the goods, whichever happens first. We may decline, limit or cancel an order, including where an item is out of stock, where we suspect fraud, where the quantity ordered is not consistent with personal use, or where a price or description contained an obvious and material error. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.
Products are sold for personal or household use. Resale is not authorised.
Prices are in United States dollars. The price shown at checkout is the price charged. Shipping is a flat $7.95 per order and is shown separately before you pay. Sales tax is added where the destination state requires it.
By submitting an order you authorise us to charge the payment method you provide for the total shown at checkout, including any optional add-on you selected. Payment is taken when the order is placed. Card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored on this website.
Prices and promotions can change at any time. The price in effect when your order is placed is the price that applies to that order.
Nothing on this website enrols you in a subscription automatically. Buying a device is a single charge. The only recurring programme we offer is the optional Amatro VIP membership, and you are enrolled only if you affirmatively select it at checkout. Leaving it unselected means you are not enrolled.
Where we offer a subscription, membership or other recurring billing programme, the material terms are disclosed on the page where you enrol, next to the control you use to enrol, and before you are charged. Those terms include the amount, the billing cadence, any trial period, when the first charge occurs, what is included, and how to cancel.
The full terms of the Amatro VIP membership are set out in our Subscription Terms, which form part of these Terms. In summary: no membership fee for the first 14 days, then $89.97 charged to the same card on day 14, then $89.97 every 12 weeks (every 84 days) until you cancel. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
We provide a way to cancel that is at least as easy to use as the method you used to enrol. You can cancel at any time by emailing support@tryamatro.com. We confirm every cancellation in writing.
We ship to the United States only. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and delivery normally takes 10 to 15 business days after the order ships. Orders may be fulfilled from a warehouse inside or outside the United States. Delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
If we cannot ship within the time we advertised, we will contact you and give you the choice between agreeing to a new estimated date or cancelling for a full refund.
Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the address you provided. Full terms are in our Shipping Policy.
Our Refund and Return Policy, our Warranty Policy, our Shipping Policy and our Shipping Protection Terms form part of these Terms.
If a product page, offer page, checkout page or order confirmation makes a more generous written promise than these documents, that written promise controls for that purchase.
If something is wrong with your order, or you see a charge you do not recognise, please contact us first at support@tryamatro.com. We reply within 3 business days and most issues are resolved the same day, which is faster than a bank dispute.
Nothing in these Terms limits your right to dispute a charge with your card issuer. We ask only that you give us the chance to resolve it first. Where a dispute is opened, we may provide the card issuer with the order record, delivery confirmation, the disclosures shown at checkout and our correspondence with you.
Any guide, card or other digital material supplied with an order is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy it, resell it, redistribute it or publish it. You may keep digital materials even if you return the physical product for a refund.
The website, its text, layout, graphics, photographs and software, and the marks "Amatro" and "TrueWave", are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not use them without our written permission.
Some imagery and illustrative content on this website may have been produced or enhanced using artificial intelligence tools. Unless we say otherwise, illustrative content is for presentation purposes and does not depict a specific real person, a specific event, or a specific outcome.
You agree not to use the website to break the law, to infringe anyone rights, to submit false information, to interfere with the operation or security of the website, to scrape or harvest data by automated means, or to upload malicious code.
The website may link to or embed services operated by others, including payment processors, analytics providers and delivery carriers. We do not control those services and we are not responsible for their content or their practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.
Except for the express warranty stated in our Warranty Policy and any rights you have under law that cannot be waived, the website and the products are provided "as is" and "as available", and we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order or a product will not exceed the amount you actually paid for that order or product.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, for wilful misconduct, for gross negligence, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Summit Horizons, LLC and its officers, employees and agents from claims, damages and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the website or the products, except to the extent the claim is caused by our own negligence, misconduct or breach of law.
Please read this section carefully. It affects how disputes between you and us are resolved and it limits the way you can bring a claim.
Step one, informal resolution. Before starting arbitration or filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by emailing support@tryamatro.com with a description of the dispute and the outcome you are asking for. If we have not resolved it within 30 days, either of us may proceed.
Step two, arbitration. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this section. The seat of the arbitration is Travis County, Texas, and the arbitration may be conducted by written submission, by telephone or by video where the rules allow it.
Carve-outs. Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies. Either of us may seek injunctive relief in court for misuse of intellectual property or for other claims that cannot be arbitrated.
Class action waiver. To the extent permitted by law, claims may be brought only in an individual capacity. Class, collective, consolidated and representative proceedings are waived, and the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person claims.
Jury trial waiver. You and we waive the right to a trial by jury for any dispute covered by this section.
How to opt out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@tryamatro.com within 30 days of your first purchase, with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" and your name and order number. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.
If you do not reside in the United States, nothing in this section removes any right you have under the mandatory law of your country of residence to bring proceedings in your home courts.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs section 17. Where a dispute is not subject to arbitration, the courts located in Travis County, Texas have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory right you have to bring proceedings elsewhere.
We may update these Terms. The version in effect on the date of your order governs that order. We show the date of the current version at the top of this page. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may assign ours in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. These Terms, together with the policies referenced in them, are the entire agreement between you and us in relation to the website and your purchases.
